The title is a quote from John Heywood (1562), a quote that I personally love and it describes our venture to the fullest at this point.
Titan Astro was supposed to start delivering the SkyCamOne HATs for Raspberry Pi 5 starting November 1st. However, nothing seems to go according to plan and hurdles have to be taken.
Our first delay was customs related. Since customs worldwide scrutinize large shipments, specially when they are for newly formed companies, this also happened to us. Additional paperwork had to be submitted to get our shipment released and so it was done.
Next up was nature. As many of you must have heard, the flooding here in Spain was horrendous and it has disrupted life in more than one way. At this point what we know is that our shipment is halted, but it is unclear as to where it is and what the status is.
Personally, I consider this shipment lost. I need to continue forward and can not sit back and wait. The lost shipment is an insurance matter now and I am preparing a new production run. I am confident for the future. The resources are available and Titan Astro *will* deliver! That’s a solemn promise.
I will personally keep you posted on progress. Let me close by thanking you for your confidence, for your understanding and for choosing Titan Astro!
