I am writing this to inform you that we have a fabrication issue with all of our dew heaters. DO NOT USE your dew heater! Do not connect it to your HAT and fire it up!
It appears that the resistors used on these dew heaters are no where near the value that they should have and it is like attaching a cable loop to your HAT (a short-circuit, really).
I am extremely sorry about this and for thos of you that ordered a dew heater from us we will replace your dew heater at no cost at all. Just give us a couple of weeks as we have to get new dew heaters produced and shipped to us.
